Shipping and Delivery Policy

No physical goods are shipped. Listed packages concern proposed in-game delivery, so postal shipping fees and physical tracking numbers do not apply.

A product listing does not guarantee availability on a particular server. Before accepting an arrangement, we confirm the resource types and quantities, recipient server, proposed in-game method, estimated timing, and how completion will be checked.

Delivery timing is confirmed in the individual conversation. If we cannot meet an agreed time or complete an accepted delivery, we will notify you through the contact channel used for the arrangement.

For a missing or incomplete delivery, email evonyrss.commerce@gmail.com with the written confirmation and relevant records. The Return and Refund Policy explains how these issues are reviewed.

Never share your game password, one-time code, or recovery details. All in-game activity remains subject to Evony’s current rules.
